Video or Audio Taping: Audio taping is not permitted without the express written consent of the speaker(s) and Agile 2008 organizers

Photo Release: From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at the conference, you acknowledge that Agile 2008 organizers reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials
